We work to promote the Kennet and Avon Canal to the benefit of all its users
The Barbara McLellan is well-suited to a wide variety of private functions. If you are planning a party, celebration, reunion, or even a wedding reception, the Barbara McLellan could be just the venue for you. We can arrange a trip for up to 40 people. Our trips last from an hour upwards and our crew will manage the boat and hosting you and your guests.
We are very happy to discuss a charter with you and will do our best regarding the date you are wanting. Our charters can be booked between March and the end of October. Evening cruises are best done in the summer months when the evenings are light so that we are back and the crew can pack down the boat safely before dark.
The timings shown below are approximate and dependent upon canal and lock traffic.
We welcome Registered Assistance dogs.
You can book with confidence – if we have to cancel your trip for any reason we will refund your money – automatically!
